Terms

Terms of service

In effect from 30 September 2026.

About these terms

Prodja is offered by Ezyful Pty Ltd (ABN 77 655 487 406), trading as Prodja. In these terms, “we” means Ezyful Pty Ltd, and “you” means the organisation that subscribes and the people it gives access to. By accepting these terms, the person accepting confirms they may do so for the organisation.

Questions and notices: privacy@prodja.com.au.

The service

  • Prodja is a service for businesses: providers and the agencies that work for them. It is not a service for participants. It doesn’t match participants with providers, and it doesn’t pass on leads or referrals.
  • Your plan sets what you can see: the areas and services you follow, the modules, how much history, the number of people (seats) and the exports. Your plan and its price are on your invoice and in Settings.
  • Fees are flat. They are never priced per participant, per lead or per result.

Accounts and access

  • Each person signs in with their own account, from an invitation. Accounts are for one person: don’t share them. Your plan’s seats count everyone with access, and invitations waiting to be accepted.
  • Your organisation’s owners choose who has access and their role, and are responsible for what the people they invite do in Prodja.
  • Keep your password safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Claiming your business

  • You may claim only a business you run or are authorised to act for. Until the claim is verified, you see the market in your areas but nothing about your own business.
  • We verify a claim by a code sent to an address at the business’s own website, a record on that website, an invitation accepted at such an address, or a check by our team.
  • A business has one verified owner. If two organisations claim the same business, our team reviews both and decides. We may cancel a claim that turns out to be wrong.

Fees and invoices

  • Fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added to each invoice.
  • We invoice monthly, in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.
  • If an invoice is overdue, we’ll remind you. If it’s still unpaid 14 days after the reminder, we may suspend access until it’s paid.
  • We may change a plan’s price with at least 30 days’ written notice. You may cancel before the new price applies.

The pilot

Pilots are by invitation. For a pilot:

  • the first 3 months are 50% off the plan’s price, then the full monthly price applies;
  • in return, you agree to 2 feedback sessions of about 30 minutes during the pilot;
  • we may quote your feedback without naming you or your business. Tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.

Cancelling and ending

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to privacy@prodja.com.au. Access continues, and fees apply, until the notice ends. We don’t refund a part month, except where the law requires it.
  • We may end a subscription with 30 days’ written notice, and refund any fees paid for the time after it ends.
  • We may suspend or end access at once if you seriously breach these terms (for example, the acceptable-use rules below) or don’t fix another breach within 14 days of our notice.
  • When a subscription ends, access ends. You can ask us to delete your organisation’s data; we’ll do so within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

The data and what you may do with it

  • Figures come from public and licensed sources, each labelled with its source and date. They are provided as they are, without a promise that they are complete, current or free of errors. The methodology explains how each is made and its limits.
  • Prodja reports what it observes. It doesn’t guarantee any business outcome, such as more enquiries, better search rankings or a successful registration, and it isn’t legal, financial or business advice.
  • A business shown as “Not found in the NDIS provider register” is one we could not match; it is not a statement about the business.
  • You may use what you see in Prodja for your own organisation’s business, and quote figures in your own reports and discussions, keeping their sources. Government data stays under its own licence, which requires its attribution.
  • Prodja, its analysis and its software remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you a right to use them, not ownership.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Prodja to harass, pressure or disparage providers, or to send them unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Don’t scrape, bulk-download or otherwise extract the data by automated means.
  • Don’t resell, sublicense or share access to Prodja or its data, or build a competing data product from it.
  • Don’t try to see another organisation’s data, get around your plan’s limits or Prodja’s security, or copy or reverse-engineer the software.
  • Don’t use Prodja in a way that breaks the law, including the rules that apply to your own work with participants.

Agencies

Agencies may use Prodja internally to research markets and serve their clients, and may produce PDF reports under their own brand for a named client or prospect, quoting the figures in their client work. They may not resell, sublicense or share their access, give clients logins, redistribute data in bulk, or include modules their plan doesn’t cover.

Support and staff access

  • Support is by email to privacy@prodja.com.au, on business days. During a pilot we aim to reply within one business day.
  • To answer a support request or look into a fault, a senior member of our team may view your organisation’s dashboard as you see it: read-only, for at most 30 minutes, with the reason recorded. Your organisation’s owners are told when this happens.

Availability and changes to the service

  • We work to keep Prodja available and secure, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We’ll give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
  • We improve Prodja over time. If we remove something your plan includes, we’ll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you may cancel before the change applies.

Consumer law and liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for failing one of its guarantees, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
  • Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
  • These limits don’t apply to loss caused by our fraud, or to anything the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Independence and the NDIS

  • Prodja is independent. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency. Government data is used under its licence and attributed where it appears.
  • Prodja doesn’t deliver supports, handle plan funds or process payments for supports, and doesn’t connect participants with providers.
  • You remain responsible for how you use what Prodja shows you, including your obligations under the rules that apply to providers.

General

  • If we change these terms, we’ll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and ask you to accept the new terms when you next sign in. If you don’t accept them, you may cancel before they apply.
  • These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts there may hear any dispute. Before going to court, we’ll each try to settle a dispute by talking in good faith for at least 30 days.
  • If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
