How it’s calculated
We read the review count on each provider’s Google Business Profile at every refresh.
The figure is the increase between two readings, scaled to 30 days.
Keep in mind
- Counts only. We never collect reviewers’ names or what reviews say.
- Blank until a profile has been read twice.
