How it’s calculated
From the NDIA’s quarterly plan management types data: plans by how they are managed (plan-managed, self-managed fully or partly, agency-managed), per service district and state.
The share is plan-managed plans divided by all plans in the same place and quarter; the change compares the same quarter a year earlier.
Keep in mind
- Published by service district and state only, not by area; shown for the district or the state around the area.
- The NDIA withholds counts under 11; those districts show no figure.
- Counts are plans, one per participant with an approved plan.
