How it’s calculated
The agency publishes participant numbers each quarter by ABS area (the 2016 boundaries).
Where the boundaries changed in 2021, we share the numbers out by population to the current areas and say so.
Keep in mind
- Small numbers are withheld by the agency to protect privacy; an area with a withheld part shows no total.
